Arneis DOC Mumplin

Mumplin is
a ‘cru’ produced
from carefully selected Arneis grapes, produced in small
quantities on a single
estate vineyard.
Mumplin black label:after vinification, a small quantity is fermented in
wooden barrels for 12 months, after which it is added to the remaining wine to
continue its maturation in stainless steel vats.
Colour: intense straw yellow
Bouquet: intense but delicate, with floral and fruit notes.
Palate: fresh and dry. Pleasantly persistent, with a hint of vanilla.
Serve with: appetizers, fish and white meat, pasta and vegetarian dishes. Perfect
as an aperitif.
Serving temperature 10 – 12°

The Arneis variety is native to Roero. The first reference to it
was made around 1478.
