Barbera d'Alba DOC Barilin

Barilin is a special Reserve produced  in small quantities only  from the best vintages.
Grapes: 100% Barbera
After  vinification a small quantity is fermented in barrique for 12 months, after which  it is added to the remaining wine to continue its maturation in big oak barrels.
Colour: ruby red with  violet highlights.
Bouquet: vinous, intense with aroma of dark cherries and delicate vanilla notes.
Palate: dry, full, robust but velvety.
Serve with:  red meat, game, cheese.
Serving temperature: 16-20°C.

 



Barbera d'Alba DOC Surì

Grapes: 100% Barbera
Surì  is a special selection made  from carefully selected  grapes grown on a single estate vineyard.
Colour: ruby red with pale purple highlights.
Bouquet: fresh and fragrant, it contains  fresh fruit aromas when young, and plums and dark cherry notes after ageing.
Palate: dry, round, full-bodied
Serve with:  pasta, meat dishes and cheese or mixed grills of pork, lamb, chicken.
Serving temperature: 16-20°C.

Colour: ruby red with pale purple highlights.

Palate: dry, round, full-bodied
