Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo
Barolo Riserva is made from carefully selected  grapes produced in  low quantity  on estate vineyards
It is aged at least 5 years in big oak casks.
Colour: garnet red with orange highlights
Bouquet: pleasantly intense, ethereal
Palate: pleasant light tannins. Lingering and fascinating finish.
Serve with: The pleasure  of tasting a good old Barolo is not necessarily associated with the delights of the table, but a sign of hospitality and friendship. Big wine it goes well with red meat, games,
truffle-flavoured dishes,  cheese.

Barolo DOCG Vigna Case Nere

Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo
 Case Nere  is a ‘cru’  made from carefully selected  grapes produced in  small quantities  on a single estate vineyard, located in the commune of La Morra.
It is aged at least 3 years in big oak casks.
Colour: garnet red
Bouquet:  intense, delicate ethereal. 
Palate: rich, smooth body, elegant with a long finish.
Serve with: A generous wine, it is perfect matched with red meat, game, truffle-flavoured dishes, matured cheese.
Serving  temperature: 20°C.

It is aged for 3 years in oak barrels.
Colour: intense garnet red.
Bouquet: intense, ethereal, pleasant, reminiscent of ripe fruit.
Palate:  full, harmonious and with a long finish.
Serve with: red meat, game, truffle-flavoured dishes, matured cheese.
