GRAPPA DI PELAVERGA
Obtained from the distillation in a copper alembic of marc coming coming only from the pelaverga grape, an old grapevine of the saluzzese. This precious distillate is characterized by a fine, delicate and fresh smell and by an honest and harmonious flavour providing a slight aftertaste of almonds.

GRAPPA DI BAROLO
Typical grappa of the Langa region with crystalli limpidity, pervasive scent and a very delicate and velvety flavour; it is the result of a skilful and accurate didtillation, using the ancient method of the double boiler, of the marc obtained from the Barolo region.

GRAPPA DI BARBARESCO
This grappa is the result of a skilful distillation process and the use of selected marc obtained from Nebbiolo grapes from the Barbaresco area. It presents an ethereal, and, like the other, it comes from distillation in a typical copper alembic following the traditional method of the double boiler.

GRAPPA DI ARNEIS
Obtained from the distillation in a copper alembic of marc coming coming only from the Arneis grape, an old grapevine of the Roero.This precious distillate is charecterized by a fine, delicate and fresh smell and by an honest and harmonious flavour providing a slight aftertaste of almonds.

GRAPPA DI NEBBIOLO

Obtained from the distillation of Nebbiolo grapes. It presents a limpid colour, an ethereal, delicate smell with a slight fruity sensation. To the taste, this distillate provides a harmonious and neat flavour. Coherent grappa whose quality overtly expresses the nature of the people of Roero.
