Piasi'
White wine produced with grapes from a late harvest.
The grapes are harvested at the end of October, allowing them to wither on the
plant to obtain the highest possible sugar concentration.
Vinification is initiated with soft pressing of the grapes.
The must is then transferred into small wooden barrels for
the process of fermentation.
Grapes: Moscato and Arneis
Colour: gold- yellow with amber highlights.
Bouquet: intense, persistent and honey-scented.
Palate: pleasant, silky, with aromas of vanilla and candied
fruit.
Serve with: desserts, chocolate, pastries or with herby and
spicy cheeses.
Perfect at the end of meal.
Serving temperature: 12-14°C.
